Today, Caleb Hannan, a writer for the Seattle Weekly posted on his blog that this past weekend, according to a fellow blogger: "A-Rod went on a shopping spree at J.Crew and purchased $1500 worth of white denim for himself". The baseless rumor is being eaten up by sports fans, claiming the "white denim purchase" is proof positive A-Rod is gay. While I have no clue (nor care) either way, I thought it was comical that this is considered print worthy news. I mean...c'mon.
